Dr. Rusch serves as CEO of CCS and brings 20+ years of experience leading extensive scientific growth strategies across CRO and biopharmaceutical companies that drive dramatic business outcomes based on a unique combination of sales, business development acumen, and clinical research expertise. Prior to joining CCS, Dr. Rusch held roles including vice president of scientific strategy and communication at Celerion, president of High Point Clinical Research, and vice president of business development and scientific strategy at Vince and Associates Clinical Research, now Altasciences.
Dr. Rusch holds a Masters degree in clinical chemistry, and and a Ph.D. in bioanalytical chemistry from Cleveland State University. She completed her laboratory medicine and research fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic.
